hi guys!! im a new user and i would to map my hercules mp3 e2 with traktor but when i try the .tsi files in the hercules website both the desks volume and the balance doesnt work!! please help!! sorry for my bad english

Hi there.
The .tsi files available on the Hercules website are compatible with some specific versions of Traktor.
If your version is less than 2.12 then the file is not going to be fully compatible with the program.
You might need to either upgrade to a newer version or to manually configure those commands in the program.
