mapping the ir sensor to traktor pro

hi,
im awaiting the delivery of my hercules dj control air. i had read a lot about it, but i couldnt find the answer to this anywhere.

can the ir sensor be mapped to traktor pro or vdj to modulate the effect parameter or does the ir sensor only work with djuiced?

Indeed, the IR sensor is MIDI assignable just like any other knobs or faders.

The MIDI profiles for VDJ and Traktor available from the support site already use this feature;
