hi,
i have checked the last 20 pages of threads but i have not been able to find my answer.
basically, when i am mixing the sound is muffled and tinny. when the cross fader is in the middle it is when it is at its worse.
my equipment is...
mac mini yosemite 10.10.2
djay pro
hercules rmx
pioneer a209-r amp
magnat speakers
i use rca leads
when i play my music on itunes it sounds fine and that is also using the hercules sound card.
i have been mixing for ages before with the same equipment (maybe different amp) and it was fine but had a break for a couple of years and now it doesnt seem to have that oomph.
i have also used virtualdj and it was the same on that, that was why i tested djay pro.
