hi i have my hercules dj air, im using it for only 2weeks and its perfect. but now it has no power everytime i connect to laptop theres no anything happened what should i do? thank you, i need your reply

Have you tried the console on another USB port, a powered USB HUB or another computer ?
If the results are the same, there is probably a hardware defect and the console should be returned to the retailer for a replacement.
