hi, i am sorry if there is already an answer for this but i just bought an hercules dj control instinct, installed the software but there is no sound both when it is plugged to a speaker or an headphone (its actually earbuds).
should i install any kind of drivers or does anyone know what the problem is?

Indeed, you shoud install the latest drivers (2013.HDJS.2), available from the support site:

Be sure to strictly follow these instructions:

Once done, verify that your controller is correctly installed:

With your amplified speakers connected to the back of the Instinct, and your headphone to the front, launch DJUCED and verify that the default audio configuration is applied:
If this is correct, playing files, you should hear them through your speakers.
