buonasera a tutti
ho acquistato la consolle hercules djcontrol inpulse 500 controller sul sito amazon circa 20 giorni fa
lo sto usando su un portatile con windows 10 e serato dj lite, fino a ieri tutto normale poi mi sono accorto che ruotando la manopola cue/master il suono in cuffia sparisce e non ritorna piu. ho provato a chiudere serato e a riavviarlo senza risultati, ho spento il pc e riavviato senza risultati. ho installato djuced per vedere se il problema era serato ma ho avuto lo stesso problema. solo se lo disconnetto dal pc e lo ricollego torna a funzionare. il tutto funziona se non tocco la suddetta manopola. amazon me lha sostituito, ma purtroppo anche la seconda mi da lo stesso problema. ora mi chiedo cosa puo causare questo .

1) Do you know the use of the Cue-> Master button?
It is described on the video here
The Cue to Master rotary is made to select whether what you hear in the headphones is
- the preview (the deck(s) you select with 2 push buttons with headphones over the deck volume fader)
- or the Master, if you have activated the Master button below the Master volume vumeter.
with headphones connected to the headphones output on the DJ controller.
2) I recommend to look at the videos tutorial suite
to avoid returning a DJ controller fully working when you do not understand a feature, if you are interested in Djing.
