hello. ive used my dj4set ok on my laptop before. but had to have my laptop returned to stock condition. and the dj4set is not working now. ive done the manual update as indicated by the phat one here. (plugging in the controller while holding the mic on button), and also plugging in while holding the left loader right loader. however the controller still does nothing in vdj. it lights up but none of the buttons do anything. i have a dell xps on windows 7. any help will be appreciated
You've installed the controller using the latest drivers ?

And you've carefully followed this instructions for the installation ?
Once completed, did you verify that the controller is correctly enumerated in Device Manager ?
