problem when i connect hercules dj console mk4

hi everyboy well my problem is, i installed hercules console mk4 and then i installed virtual dj (included with the hercules) when i try to run virtual dj and the hercules is on  shows up a message and says something went wrong and restart my computer and at the end of the message says more info system_service_exception (hjbulk) and couldnt find anything on that ...i use windows 8 ...any idea why this is happening and how i can fix it?
