hi! sorry for my english, im from argentina.
i have a problem with my hercules 4-mx with which i have to play tomorrow and i couldnt solve it yet. i have a desktop pc with windows 7 (and traktor 2.11), and the controller works well. but when i try to use it in the osx (el capitan 10.11.something, also with traktor 2.11) notebook that has been lend to me in order to perform tomorrow, i have a problem with the pitch fader: it doesnt respond in traktor, and the green light above "pitch reset" is always on, in both decks. the controller works well in the windows pc, but in the notebook has the green leds always on, and faders doesnt move. i have the lastest drivers installed, and pitch fader is the only thing that i have a problem with... i use official hercules mapping. im very nervous because i have to solve this for tomorrow and now ill be at work until the night... 🙁 🙁
