estimados tengo una hercules dj console y la he instalado pienso yo que correctamente. el software que uso es el virtual dj 7 pro pero el problema que tengo es que obedecen todos los mandos menos el play. donde puede estar el error? gracias

1) Please complete your profile (My Space > My Profile) in selecting your DJ Console in the list Hercules Equipment in Use (Equipo De Hercules Utilizado) so that we see which version of DJ Console you use, and precise your computer environment (Windows or Mac, which Windows, CPU, RAM).
2) If the play doesn't work, it is is likely the audio mode is not properly set, so if your DJ Console version has an audio mode selectorin its control panel (Audio Mode: WDM / ASIO), then please make sure VirtualDJ Pro 7 uses the same mode as the mode activated in the DJ Console control panel. I suggest using the ASIO mode (in VirtualDJ Sound Setup menu, activating the setting "Enable Eq on external inputs" sets the ASIO mode).
