hello, yesterday in a party with friends had severel problems with my new rmx2.
the set was pc windows 7 intel core i5
exit 1/2 connected to bose l1
virtual dj  full 7.4.1

1) after 2 hours it just stopped working. silence. closed down vdj and switchd everithing off, reboot and worked again
2) half an our later,i had automix on  on deck 1 and wanted to load a song on deck 2 and stop automix. deck 2 did not work and finally i realised that no function on  rmx was working. in fact automix was going on, but all the rest was non working. reboot again
3) finally it worked, but on the headphone (plugged in the back) i was hearing the song in the other deck ( the one that was not playng) but i was hearing the song regardless that the play button was on or off. in other words, in my headphones i had continuosly the song playg from its beginning as soon as the song was loaded on the deck. impossible to mix like that

this mornig the headphone works perfectly, that means that the setting was correct

all these problems after hours of good working, so difficolt to reproduce or to say that rmx is broken, everything works perfectly today

anyone can help?

You might want to start by applying the suggestion from the following guide to optimize your computer for DJ use:

Next, try modifying the ASIO buffer size, which will also help improve performances:

Thanks. I will try. The problem is that I will realize if it works or not only after hours of continuos performance

Of course, and this is when your system is more likely to run into issues if not configured properly.

Like any good DJ, you are probably practicing for hours outside of actual gigs, and this is where you have to be aware of how your system behaves and be prepared to make changes and see if they help.

You might also want to test using DPC Latency Checker and LatencyMon as desmonstrated here:
