hi having problems with new rmx2 after upgrading from rmx

traktor pro 2.5
rmx2
macbook os moutain lion
i when i play track i can also hear through headphones with cue off
i have downloaded drivers and map from hercules site and followed instructions for ooutput setting etc
but sound continues to come from both speakes and headphones at same time , if i push cue button sound in headphones gets louder, but with cue off it is still there and when, it seem like channels are wrong but have followed pdf instrucyions with map download each time and same problem persists
