greetings. as my dj company grows i bought a second rmx/2 controller. i wanted to test it on my known system and, as soon as i plugged it into my macbook pro running os/x yosemite (10.10.3) it went through the firmware update on this new controller.
unfortunately it did not complete the process and i didnt see any error codes. now everything on it seems to work with one exception - no sound is coming out through either the rca ports or the xlr ports on the back. i can hear through headphones just fine and all the leds on the board are responding normally. the controls/sliders/wheels are also perfectly normal. but no sound.
im using virtual dj 8 and when i go back to my first rmx/2 everything is just fine. help - and thank you!
