rmx2 not showing up in playback devices

hello,

i just purchased a new toshiba satellite laptop with windows 10.  i installed the hercules drivers like i have done many times in the past on my previous computers, but on this computer, the rmx2 is not showing up in playback devices.

i do have the intel(r) usb 3.0 host controller and i read somewhere in here that i could use an external powered usb hub to install the drivers and that would solve the problem.  so i purchased a powered 3.0 hub, uninstalled the drivers and then re-installed them.

still same problem.  please help!!!!  this is how i pay my bills.  i have many gigs this week!  i must solve this issue asap!!!
