(solved) issue with hercules deejay trim 4et6

hi, i bought hercules deejay trim 4&6 a year ago and i m still trying to fix the problem i have when i use timecode cds. i use it to my desktop(windows xp) and my laptop(windows 7). it works perfect to my desktop but not to my laptop. when i choose timecodes at inputs in the configuration menu a display text says to me error in the asio sound driver. your soundcard is probably not connected, or the settings are incorrect. i have follow the exactly same steps as to my desktop but i doesn t work. i tried to use it to another laptop with windows 7 but the i had the same problem. is there any problem with windows 7 can anyone help me please. sorry for my english 🙂
