hi guys, im having an issue with the hercules rmx dj console. im pretty new at this, so apologies if it doesnt make sense.
i can only preview deck 2 on headphones, not deck 1. if i have a record playing on deck 1 then i can preview deck 2 no problem, but when its reversed it wont work, i cant hear the preview at all... only hear through the headphones the same record that is playing through the speakers.. the knob is turned to cue. hope this makes sense.
i have a pretty basic setup.. im running virtual dj pro 7, rca cable in output 1&2 on the right hand side of the console, conecting to jbl creature ii speakers.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you press on Rmx Cue Select button on deck 1 (on top of the volume fader)?
