hy i want to ask about repairs my "hercules dj control air", couse i have a problem with the crossfader is broken, so where or how can i fix it?

Hello,
If you are an electronician or have access to an electronician specialist (someone able to unsolder an electromechanical component on a printed circuit board), it is possible to replace a crossfader, but if you have not the access to this electronic equipment and know how, you should contact the retailer who sold you this DJ Control Air so that he checks with the distributor the process to return the defective gear.
