very intersting mate,
in the rmx photo, you see that lump of steel, thats what gives the rmx its weightly feel, its abit crude though, but effective i guess
hi jimmy,
dj console rmx top surface is built in an aluminum plate, a flyweight metal: increasing the rmx weight improves its stability: during a mix, the rmx neither moves nor slips thanks to its large feets with antislip layers, and thanks to the rmx weight.
a steel weight is a costly part: in cheap mixers, a concrete brick (cheaper) may replace steel weights.

yes mate i know. i work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum everyday, in more day job.
i believed the interior would be more interesting...
im not impressed at all...
anyway it is stable and heavy and i love it!
