good morning everybody,i am very happy that i am here in this forum(its my first time) and i want to ask you something.i cant sychronize my hercules rmx with tractor 2...the problems are that when i press cue select i cant hear the song in my headphones.the pitch is controlled by the jog wheel.i wait for your answhers....
Are you using the the MIDI configuration file provided on the support site ?

Did you read the included PDF document, which explain how to configure the audio menu to work with the Rmx soundcard, as well as describe the functions assigned to all controls ?
For example, the jog wheel can perform multiple tasks, depending if the track is stopped or playing, if the Scratch mode is enable, or if you are using them for browsing your files.
