traktor pro fx hold mode not working

heelo - im using the latest tsi from the downloads section and tried to remap the fx1 unit-on switch to hold mode, but it is still acting like a toggle. i want to map it so the effect is only on when i have the button held down. i changed the interacticity mode in the controller mapping to hold but it still acts like a toggle. i have to hit the button to turn on, and then hit it again to turn off.

is this perhpas because the fx page is builf from a modifier scheme? i know the rmx can do it since the filter acts in this fashion. (press beat-lock and turn the balance knob.)
