hello, i really need some help please couse this issue is really annoying. ive been using the hercules rmx for some time now and never had any problem. ive allways been very carefull with it, but yesterday, i used the left side treble knob and it went crazy. its like i just rotate the knob a little bit and it turns all the way up, and then i rotate the knob again just a little bit and it goes back to the middle, just acting crazy.
i use traktor 2 with a special mapping i found on hercules web page, but i dont think its a software problem couse i didnt move anything since the first time i mapped it.
has anyone ever had this problem? if i cant fix this i would need to buy a new controller 🙁

You also might wanna test the midi signals it puts out:

See if it gives the correct signals, knobs should have a value from 0 till 127.

Yeah that sounds like a problem with the knob itself, if you still have any warranty on it this is the time to use that.
You could also try to contact hercules tech support to see if they have this part available.
