ive only used virtual dj with console rmx, but i`m interested in something more complex. traktor or serato or, or, or...
ive installed traktor (latest version), found some configuration file to assign console rmxs controls, but its not fully compatible...
any suggestions?!

You should be able to use any DJ or music softwares that support MIDI controllers and ASIO drivers (if you are on PC). The level of configuration possibilities will vary from to the other. You can do some pretty complicated configuration with VDJ Pro, but you needs to learn their programming language (VDJScript). Traktor rely on a more standard user interface, but again, it can get quite complicated if you don't plan well in advance.
Another thing to keep in mind is that some functions may be described differently from one software to the next, and you don't have to stick to what is written on the console. Any buttons or knowbs can be assigned to whatever function you want.
What do mean by not fully compatible ?
Have you tried the basic configuration file available on the support site ?
