recently i bought a new notebook to work with my hercules rmx, however when i tried to install the windows said that the device could not be recognized. i reinstalled all possible drivers, (including restored the windows) and yet the problem persisted i contacted the manufacturer of my laptop (acer) and then they advised me to reinstall the usb drivers, however the problem was not solved so after reading some topics in the forum i decided to upgrade the firmware of my hercules rmx, but so far it worked with all my other computers after you update the firmware of the controller, it ceased to be recognized on all computers, including those who were recognizing it when i connect the hercules rmx with the mic button pressed, nothing happens, already tried everything and could not solve the problem i am technician in electronics and own an eeprom burner if necessary to record the firmware
i have computers with windows 7 and computers with windows 8, no one can recognized the hercules rmx
