Hello everyone,
I am currently repairing a Hercules DJ Console MK4 in our electronics lab. The console is suffering from the classic "USB Device Not Recognized" issue.
I have completely verified the hardware layer: the main MCU is generating the I2C clock, the I2C bus is communicating properly, and the USB data lines (D+ / D-) are perfectly intact with correct voltage drops.
The issue points directly to a corrupted EEPROM (HT24LC64). I have an EZP2019 programmer ready on my bench. Could a moderator or a community member kindly provide the known-good V22 firmware dump (.bin file) so I can flash the EEPROM and revive this board?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hello Luca,
I have sent you a private message with a link to download the eeprom V22 file.
