When I use the fader on my Macbook with Softwear Sarato, it doesn't response. Thank you.

and precise:
- your version of Serato DJ software, for example Serato DJ Lite 3.1.5,
- your version of macOS,
- which fader you talk (volume, crossfader, tempo fader) and where you test how they operate in Serato DJ Lite, if you use Serato DJ Lite.
If you use Serato DJ Pro instead of Serato DJ Lite, DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2 does not unlock Serato DJ Pro so:
- either you use Serato DJ Lite,
- or you use Serato DJ Pro and then you must activate your licence
