I bought a Hercules Inpulse 500 dj controller. I have 2023 mac m2 and it is not working with that. I have a power port usb a to usb c but when I plug it in, only I can see the lights. When I open serato dj lite My computer can see the dj controller.What is the problem?

- version of macOS
- brand / model of USB A to USB C adapter
- version of Hercules DJ driver package
