Hi,
as some of my EQ knobs don't match with the knobs position shown in DJUCED f.e., i want to try to recalibrate them. AFAIK there is a guide how to do it. Can someone please send me the guide?
Thanx!
Hello AZ,
Sorry, this area is a beta and still lacks the private messaging area we would use to email you the calibration guide.
Have you another forum / facebook account so that I can send you the guide?
Hi. I own Inpulse 500, and my knobs are all over the place. I would really appreciate the guide. You can contact me at fb, name is Boris Štopfer. Please, and thanks in advance.
Obviously even links don't work.
Facebook name is www.facebook.com/erdna.llafuz
Hello AZ,
I have sent you on Facebook the link to the calibration guide, please download it within 7 says as it remains online for 7 days on wetransfer.
Hi, well i don't see any Chat or Link in my facebook messenger?! Are you sure, you have send me the link?
Found it, thanks!
Hi i would like that calibration guide myself too, 2 knobs from my inpulse 500 are not showing the right values 🙁
Hello I need also calibration guide my 500 knobs are jittering... does that help or is it broken?
It's like 3 years old, it already broke?
Hello Annoying1,
I have sent you yesterday on the community area messaging system a mail with the link to download the guide.
As the retransfer link lasts only 7 days, have you downloaded the calibration guide?
If you did not download it yet, please do not wait since the wetransfer link will work until 2024-08-12.
I also have this problem here and would appreciate the link to the callibration guide.
BTW. Wouldn't it be better to just upload the guide to the official Hercules Support and provide the link here so that there is no need for everyone to ask for the link here each time.
Hello JLP,
Some links cannot be posted on public pages and should be sent only via a direct email:
- for customs mappings: Hercules technical support teams can support users only with the generic behaviorr of the controller in the DJ software, so I try to send customs mappings only if to users who are told they will no get technical support with this specific mapping - I can say it to the user with a direct message, I cannot do it in posting a link,
- controllers calibration guidelines: 1) we must make sure users understand the calibration process before starting it as some users have decalibrated their controllers in not following the calibration guideline and the work of the technical support team was much more complicated afterwards, / 2) Some people found it funny to decalibrate controllers in music stores, so we currently avoid placing calibration guides in public links.
If you need a calibration guide, please write in the message
- the entire name of the DJ controller
- the version of Windows or macOS in your computer.
also need the calibration guide deck 2 on my hercules 500 don't cut the sound completely, anyone can help?
Hello Joao,
Welcome to the community area.
1) Please precise what you mean as "deck 2 on my hercules 500 don't cut the sound completely".
Do you mean that
a) moving the crossfader fully on right (to play 100% deck 2, 0% deck 1) you still hear deck 1,
b) or the opposite (moving the crossfader fully on right, to play deck 1 100% and deck 2 0%, you still hear deck 2),
c) or do you mean something else, and then please precise,
d) and please if what you refer to is the sound on the master output.
2) If you use Djuced software, please precise if when you move the component you want to calibrate (crossfader or something else), you see its on screen emulation reach the position it should reach or if you see the on screen emulation of the real component stop before reaching its minimum or maximum position?
Hello I would need the calibration guide for my inpulse 500, also because my mid and high knobs when set to it's default are turned almost all the way up. This has happend both for deck 1 and 2 and also the gain for deck 2 has the same issue.
Thanks in advance, Dorijan.
