Possible calibration needed inpulse 500

Had the 200 amd 300 with no issues.

Upgraded to a 500 a while back

Nearly impossible to match the gain levels.

If I adjust very very slightly to turn levels up or down then it goes up into the red or drops right down .....this is with the gain knob moving no more than a few millimeters in either direction.

Don't think as it's a latency issue as the faders and all other knobs / controls are tight and on point to where they should be.

Any help would be great......rattling my brain trying to sort it.

Cheers guys.

Hello CJDee87,

Welcome to the community area.

I am not convinced your issue relates to calibration, as it looks like a software setting (I think you have enabled autogain, and in Djuced, when autogain is set on, turning a gain knob makes the gain control replace the autogain causing possibly a big jump).

Anyway, I send you the calibration guidelines in the private messaging area, but you should consider disabling autogain in Djuced.

Definitely not auto gain, it's 100% not enabled

Hello CJ DEE87,

OK, understood. I have sent you a message with the temporary address to download the calibration guide.
