Hello guys.
I'm new here. I was'nt able to find much information about my device faliure, so i am creating this new post.
My inpulse 500 acquired about 1 year ago started to present faliure on the 2nd channel volume fader.
Sliding it all the way up, only increases about 90% of the volume and exponentially (when the fader in hardware is at 30% in software is at 10%, when in hardware is at 70% in software is at 50% and so on) and sometimes it's even drifting badly. I've tried both Djuced and Serato dj pro and the problem is there. I also tested it with midimonitor.com and the left fader Max value was between 123 and 126 while the right fader is pretty lower.
As I read on some similar posts, it must be defective and a calibration shouldn't solve it, so i'm pretty sure it must be a hardware failure, rather than a software failure.

Do you think i can solve the problem with a calibration?

Could my device be fixed and/or replaced?

Or do you know the specs of the volume fader, or the part number or catalogue number, so i can order it online and change it?

Hello Demone,

Welcome to the forum.
If your DJ controller was acquired 1 year ago, it is probably still under warranty and you should call Hercules support
phone/email here https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/
to get support, possibly the calibration guide, possibly a process to get your controller repaired.
