Exciting news for DJs and 45 enthusiasts!

With a name like Hercules, we thought the T7 should have a pair of strong arms.
We’re thrilled to announce that the X10’s are compatible with the Hercules T7.
With Skratch Attach software and a compatible audio interface like the Denon D1S, the T7 by @herculesaudio is fully capable of spinning 45’s.

Very nice.......I hope they release a 4 channel version of the T7 that has some phono/line inputs.

A four channel version would eliminate the need for an additional soundcard providing your chosen software has a thru mode.

It would also give users the option to add a couple of full size turntables or CDJ'S to what's already an awesome controller.

Hi,

Understand the use of 2 stereo audio inputs to play to tonearms sound as analog sources instead of controllers but I am not sure going 4-channel is great since

- mixing 4-channel is not really the hip hop way, as 4-channel mixers make performance more complicated, and the controller bigger,

- while staying in 2-channel format,  ans switching each channel between controller or audio input would be enough for me,

Just pre-ordered a set! Does anyone know if the Rane SL3 would work as an interface?

Hello Sergngeneral,

Welcome to the user forum.

Rane SL3 will not work with Inpulse T7 in Serato DJ Pro as:
- the last Serato DJ Pro built supporting Rane SL3 is Serato DJ Pro 2.5.5,
- DJControl Inpulse T7 starts being supported in Serato with Serato DJ 3.0.10.

If you look for a DVS sound card, the DVS sound cards supporting Serato DJ 3.0.10 and higher are:
- Denon DS1,
- Reloop Flux,
but in my opinion, the benefit of adding Skratch Attack arms may be to use Skratch Attack audio outputs when you mix analog vinyl discs, and to keep on using T7 on-board mixing to control Serato DJ Pro, so I would rather add an analog mixer as the outputs of Skratch Attack tonearms.
