adjust tempo range

Serato DJ (Lite or Pro) do no provide a way to change the tempo range on controllers which have not a dedicated control for it, as DJControl Starlight, but as I answered to you in this discussion on tempo range for DJControl Inpulse 200, you can move the tempo range instead on changing it in Serato to reach any BPM value.

If you want to reach a tempo which is out of your range, for example reach +15% BPM while your range is -/+8%,
1) set the deck in Sync mode (Sync button lit)
2) Press the Shift button down, and hold it down,
3) Move the tempo fader in the opposite direction of the direction you want to reach (for exemple, to reach +15%, move your tempo to Minus direction, as if you wanted to do -8%)
4) Release the Shift button: the BPM has not changed on Serato, but the controller tempo fader has moved, so if the BPM says 0% BPM change and your controller fader is full on top (-8%), then when you move your tempo fader from top to bottom, you can reach +16%.
