Hello, I am aware that Dj Control Mix connects via Bluetooth. I would like to know if I can connect other Bluetooth sources simultaneously. for example headphones and even the audio output.

Yes, DJControl Mix bluetooth connection lets you connect your smartphone/tablet to other bluetooth devices as headphones and speakers.
DJControl Mix bluetooth connection is a Bluetooth LE connection, bluetooth LE pairing it is not done in iOS/Android system settings (as bluetooth audio), but in djay App > Settings > MIDI area.
So do not try to pair DJControl Mix in bluetooth in your smartphone iOS / android Settings > Bluetooth, it is not Bluetooth LE process, do the pairing in djay app, as it is described in the quick start guide

and it will not interfere with the bluetooth audio pairing of your smartphone or tablet.
Remark: each time you restart djay app, or each time you wake off djay app, you must pair the DJ controller again.
