Hello, I have a DJ Control MP3 e2 that I've had for a long time, and I wanted to use it again, but I lost the envelope with the CD that contained the serial number. I can't install the software because I don't have it. Is there any way to obtain the serial number?

Welcome to the forum.
1) You can use 2 DJ software for free:
- Install Djuced from https://www.djuced.com/downloaddjuced/
Djuced is now a part of Guillemot group, as Hercules, so it supports Hercules DJ controllers for free.
- Install Mixxx from https://mixxx.org/download/
Mixxx is a freeware, so it is a free DJ software by nature.

2) You can contact Hercules support on https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/ to ask for a VirtualDJ 3 DJC Serial number.
You probably need an old computer as VirtualDJ 3 DJC which was included in DJ Control MP3 e2 is not up to date and I do not think it can work in Windows 11 or Windows 10.
Of course, if you have an up to date VirtualDJ vers.ion, it will work in today's computers, and it supports DJ Control MP3 e2 if you install its drivers, but today's VirtualDJ requires another licence than the one included in DJ Control MP3 e2
