hola buenas mi nombre es juan Carlos y tengo un problema, tengo una hércules dj control air e baje los drivers y la la ultima versión de djuced, hasta ahí todo bien, los auriculares que tenia no me iban bien, ero todo lo demás bien, me compre otros auriculares unos Pioneer HDJ -CUE1, volví a conectar todo y de repente el sonido de los altavoces no sonaba, borre y desinstalé todo y volví a instalar todo, pero la tarjeta de sonido de la controladora no me sale en los ajustes y no puedo escuchar la musica por el altavoz, no se como descargarme la tarjeta de sonido, no se cm arreglar esto, si alguno de vosotros me `pudiera ayudar lo agradecería. muchas gracias de antemano. un saludo.

Please precise if you use a Windows or a mac computer.
If you use a Windows computer, please precise if you have
- Windows 11,
- Hercules DJ drivers package 2023_HDJS_2,
- DJUCED version 6.6.2.
Considering each version of any software/driver/operating system is or has been the last version at one moment or another, knowing the version number is the useful piece of information (while answering "the last version" is not a precise piece of information ).
Then
- before running the DJ app, please disconnect and reconnect the DJ controller,
- the run DJUCED,
- and in DJUCED > Settings > Audio, select as audio device "Hercules DJ Control Air ASIO (ASIO)"
then please check if you have sound or not when selecting the ASIO device

I forget to ask, in the case your computer is a Windows computer, and you have installed Hercules DJ drivers, when
- the DJ controller is connected,
- you go in the folder C:\Program Files\DJHERCULESMIX\Audio\DJ Console Series,
if you click on HDJSeriesCPL.exe, do you see Hercules DJ control panel?
