Hello! I just got my brand new Inpulse 300 MK2. Downloaded serato dj lite and got a month trial for serato dj pro. I downloaded a serato dj pro, but my controller is not working with it. Its working in LITE, but not in PRO. Is there way to fix this issue?
How does the controller not work? How does this manifest itself? Which version of Windows are you running? Run winver and press Enter.
As stated on the Serato support site:
Serato DJ Lite Hardware Unlocked (such as the Inpulse 300 mk2)
These devices work plug-and-play with Serato DJ Lite but require a Serato DJ Pro license purchase to access Pro features and functionality.
What this means for you:
- Use immediately with Serato DJ Lite (free software)
- Purchase a Serato DJ Pro license to unlock Pro features
- One Pro license works with all Lite hardware unlocked devices

- License remains valid even if you switch to different Lite hardware

1) Serato DJ Pro trial period works for 14 days, not 1 month.
2) At the end of the trial period, you still run Serato DJ Pro, but it no longer detects Serato DJ lite hardware.
