The right side of my dj board won’t play out loud. I have done factory resets, re downloaded serato software. Tried djuced, and on djuced the right side played but at a stunted volume. Any idea of why this may have happened after it has been working just fine? Very new board as well.

Here are basic technical questions if you your target is to receive an efficient help on the forum:
- please precise your version of DJControl Inpulse 500 (standard, Gol, White, Red, Purple)
- how old is it your DJ controller,
- please precise on which output you no longer hear properly the right channel : headphones (1/8" or 1/4" output), master output (2 RCA or 2 x 1/4"),
- what are the speakers / headphones on which you do not hear well the right channel?
- can you test if the sound is also lower on the right output if you run the controller audio diagnostic: close the DJ software, go to the Hercules DJ control panel > About tab, click on the speaker icon on the bottom right. It plays sound an all outputs, is it also lower on the right channel?
