Hercules Stream 100 – Cannot Adjust Sonar Channel Volumes When Streamer Mode Is Enabled

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Hercules Stream 100 when using it with SteelSeries GG Sonar.

When I enable Streamer Mode in Sonar, I can no longer properly adjust individual channel volumes using the Hercules Stream 100 knob. Whenever I turn the knob to lower a channel’s volume, the volume immediately resets to 100%, preventing me from lowering it.

This issue only occurs when Streamer Mode is enabled. When I disable it, the volume controls work normally.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution? Could this be a compatibility issue between the Hercules Stream 100 and Sonar’s Streamer Mode?
