I'm trying to add a keyboard shortcut for a button on the Stream 100 to toggle Discord mic mute. The shortcut is Ctrl-Shift-M . When I try to input the shortcut into the field it does not recognize Ctrl, Alt, Shift, F Keys?
Does anyone else have this experience? I'm trying to figure out if I have a keyboard issue or something, but I'm pretty sure those keys are working in everything else.
edit: Software 2.0.3 [01.44] Firmware 1.40 both say no updates available.

I think you can only control that with the Herkules XRL200 and not with the 100 series.
HossBud I have asked them several times about their Windows version, but have not yet received a reply, so I assume that the issue has been resolved?

Hope your problem is solved Since Stream Control version 2.2 includes a Discord plug-in allowing you to control your mic in Discord plus a bunch of other cool stuff like controlling any channel member volume.
