Hi, i just received my stream 100,
Plugged in, turn on, dowload the software, start to setup the stream 100, noctices a supperposition bug on the screen, software wants to update the stream 100, update done, stream 100 never turn on again.
I need help please
Could it be that the USB was disabled in Device Manager to save power? You have to uncheck the box when configuring the driver. After every update of a Win11 build, it is checked again. Best regards, Baumi
Can you try to force the update by pressing know 1 and 4 during USB Plug?
Then start Stream Control -> Settings -> FW Update
I have the same problem as well.
The Software wanted me to update from firmware 1.3 to 1.4. I started the process, however it got stuck at 0% for 1 hour and then I disconnected in order to try again (it blocked me from using the stream if I didn't update). Then it just wouldn't turn back on. I have it plugged in and tried using the keys 1 and 4. Nothing happened. I had a stream once before and with that one the update also got stuck, but after trying again it worked. The problem with first one was that it kept crashing (screen freezing and not responding, starting software new did nothing).
Is there a way to turn the stream back on, or do I have to return it again?

It is now resolved. I thought you just hold down 1 and 4 while it is plugged in. It turns out you need to press the volume knobs 1 and 4 and plug it in WHILE holding the buttons. It then recognises it in the software and you can brute force the update. After that it started working again wihtou any issues so far
