i have a dj console mk4 and virtual dj le. virtual dj works but the mk4 does not work. i plug it in and some of the lights on the controller turn on but other than that it is unresponsive. i have the 4.21 driver update. what is wrong?

Just tried with 10.8 and MK4.
I've tested it on Virtual DJPro 7.0.5, and not issues right there.
What version of virtual DJ LE are you using ?
It should be a virtual DJ Issue.
It is 6.1.2. I run in to the same problem if I do it with Traktor. I am running the free trial one. They told me that is was an issue with Hercules drivers? Is there a way I can completly uninstall the drivers and reinstall them? Something must have gone wrong when I updated to the 10.8 package.
Are you using an New MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with ONLY USB3 port on it ?
If yes, there's probably an issue, Hercules is working on it at this moment.
Yes, I have the brand new 13 inch MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) with USB 3.0. Well I hope that is the problem. Do you have any idea when an update will be coming out?
