hey guys,
i have a dj control air, and suddenly the jog on deck a can be pushed down on the down-left side. nothing is stuck under it or something. this is very annoying. if i want to scratch the pressure thingy stops twice a turn for a really short time. can anybody help?

You should try and test it out with a MIDI test. You can find something like this on ts.hercules.com and see if the MIDI of that jog is damaged. If the values are not between 0 and 127 it means it damaged and you should contact tech support of Hercules to see what else you can do by exchaning the product with them or at the retailer.
Also, did this happen from the very first moment? It only happens on deck a?
