hi all!
i am in the middle of repairing my control air+ because the usb-b socket broke. unfortunately i fear i may have lost some bits! does anybody know how many small rubber grommets should be around the edge of each turntable? there are 12 spaces on each but i only have 22 grommets (11 for each) am i missing two? if so, does anybody know where i can get some more?

Sorry, I do not understand what you call the grommets.
Do you mean the rubber parts holding the jog platter? Then I think you should have 9 units placed on the printed circuit board on 9 places labelled JOGT-DAx and JOG-DBx with x a number from 1 to 9.
Can you make a photo of these "grommets", upload this photo on a website as https://postimages.org/ and copy the link in your answer to this post so that I understand what you call grommets?

Yes, I have indeed received them. Thank you so much for sending them. I haven't tried fitting them yet but hopefully next week. What I haven't explained yet is that I am a teacher who works with teenagers with behavioural/mental health issues and repairing my controller is a project I am working on with one of my students to help him regulate. I am hoping to find some time with him next week so I will let you know once we have attempted the repair.
