crossfader problem with hercules mp3 le

hi, i bought hercules mp3 le controller, sure one of the simpliest and cheapest versions, but first time using controller, though is ok, i used vj7 pro, with splitter, and usb card before, and had no problems with the sound, crossing trought deck a to b, but now what is the problem:
1. when i press on the headphone botton, for pre-realise of the track that is my headphns,  i can hear the music, when press off, it is not swiched off, i still hear the pre-realised track, not the playing in the moment for audience ... 
2. when i want to mix/play the track with the loading one and move the crossfader to start palying on the proper soundsistem /to be hear it from audience  it doesnt work, i still hear it loud from the headphones, ... 🙁
