dj control air hungs

hi everybody, ive gotten several hungs in my control device. ramdomly the controller stops working, the music keeps playing and the software is operational, but there is no signal of midi imput from the controller. i have to restart the pc to get the system working. in the same way, i get sometimes the "controller not switched" message during the djuced strarting. then i have to close the software and swithc off-on the usb cable get everything working ok.
i have the last version of djuced and firmware.
my pc is a 1,83 dualcore 4gb ram
i got the controller a month ago

any idea about this?
