hello there dear hercules dj mix room-community :)!
my dj control air just arrived and i think its awesome! it suits everything i need and does everything i want! but i noticed something which isnt really affecting the functionality, but bugs me a little bit. whenever i turn the right jogwheel and press it down to scratch, i "grinds" on something below it. i mean, you can here that its grinding on anything, but its not harder to turn the jogwheel. the left jogwheel doesnt do that, thats why i think, and im sure, that theres something under it like a piece of styrofoam or plastic under it. is there any way to remove the jogwheel on a dj control air temporary to clean whatever is under it? i cant really get under it without that...

Unfortunately, there is no way to remove them without dismantling the entire unit.
Since this is a new unit, I would ask for a replacement for this hardware defect.
My DJ Control AIR is a used one, so I guess I just have to deal with it. Maybe I'll find another solution!
