djcontrol instinct - midi device not detected red flashing in djuced (flashes 5 times and then it says ready). however, nothing works.
when i unplug the device and put it back in a different red error message appears, saying cannot intitialize device djcontrol instinct asio
- software installed correctly according to pdf
- series control is working in status bar
- in device manager everything works
- all buttons flash when plugged in, afterwards several buttons have lights

1) Please precise your version of Djuced and your version of Windows

2) Please confirm you read a message talking of MIDI device not detected and then what is the complete message?
If you get a message talking of MIDI device not detected, can you
- Close Djuced
- Ppen DJControl Instinct control panel
- Go to the Advanced tab
- check if the MIDI channel is 1?
If it is not Channel 1, switch it to channel 1.
