djuced crash. pls help

yop! i just got my dj control instinct and along with its software(including djuced). 
when i finished installing the drivers and the software and ran djuced.
after few seconds i got a pop up about djuced "not properly working" 
i tried downloading the latest version but it did not fix the problem.
need help . thanks

Please precise your computer configuration (Computer, operating system version, CPU, RAM), precise your complete error message and your DJ Console Series driver version, and your version of Djuced 18.

PS: if you don't want to repeat the same computer configuration, you should fill it is your profile (My space > My Profile > Describe your equipment).
