hi everyone,
i know this is a common problem as i have looked through many pages online to see if there was a solution to this. ive also read through the forums here and read the solutions given to other users, but they have not worked for me.
i use a rmx with the vdj version that comes with my rmx.
i connect it to my mac os x snow leopard(both drivers have been updated).
once i open vdj, the message error in the sound driver appears.
none of the controls work except for the pitch and volume controls as well as the fader.
i cannot play music and the jog wheels dont work.
i cannot open the configurations as the only thing i see is the option to upgrade to vdj pro.
all help is appreciated. thanks.

do you use the console on a PC (what OS?) or on a Mac machine?
Also, did you change something to your setup since it worked last time?

I you are in Mac OS 10.5.7, then you should update your DJ Console Rmx drivers to Hercules DJ Console Series driver package 1.36 for Mac OS X, it fixes this issue (your Mac was probably in 10.5.6, and Mac OS upgraded it to Mac OS 10.5.7, which caused this issue).
