hey guys, my names andrew (obviously) and im just getting started with djing and purchased my hercules rmx yesterday...dealt with several problems already with the damn drivers but was able to get through it since im at least good with computers.
but...im terrible when it comes to dealing with sound devices.
so my problem is ive been messing around with different thigs on this mixer to try and get the main audio through my speakers and then have the headphones as my external monitor.
with a few settings ive been able to have either speakers or headphones, not both.
heres my current settings
input: none
output: headphones (master: chan 1&2 / headphones: chan 3&4
sound card: djconsole rmx (apply eq is not checked)
right now i just have the console set up only through the usb cable and the headphones in the front port of the rmx...any suggestions would be great guys! thanks a lot in advance!

Please be more precise regarding what you call "my speakers" since we don't see your configuration?
You should connect
- speakers on DJ Console Rmx output 1-2
- headphones on DJ Console Rmx heaphones output.
i got it sorted out, thanks! i was going through just the speakers when the console was connected through usb...got the cables and hooked it to outputs 1 and 2
