for some reason, my dj control air that i recently bought isnt seeming to connect to my software (djuiced). its been working before and ive tried everything to get this to work. ive gotten all the driver and software updates and it seems like nothings working. if anyone can provide assistance, itll be much appreciated.
What exactly changed between the time the console was working and now?
Can you confirm the console is still correctly installed, as described in the following document ?
If it is indeed the case, please test it as a MIDI controller:
If it works there, then it should normally be the same for DJUCED.
If however, it doesn't seem to be installed correctly or does not work as a MIDI controller, try connecting the console to another USB port or through a powered USB hub.
